The three parties
In Sereen, we use third parties in the payment and shipping process, and in the event of any failure with these authorities, we promise you that we will follow up the matter and deal with it with the third party, but any failure of one of these parties is outside the scope of our responsibility.
Approval of orders and pricing:
Orders Sereen reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. Before we accept the request, we may ask you to provide additional information or definitions, including but not limited to phone number and address.
Sereen will ship the order to the address provided with us. Shipping takes from one to five working days as a maximum after confirming the order from the Sereen mobile, depending on the area of residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Damaged products
Sereen guarantees that all products are brand new, unused, and undamaged. However, if there is any damage to the product, please inform us within three days of receiving the product. Sereen will replace the product at no cost.
Exchange and Return:
Because of our keenness to provide the best customer service, all your purchases from the Sereen store are subject to exchange within 3 days of the date they reach you. All you need is:
Ensure that it remains in its original condition and that the product packaging has not been opened

Exchange and return terms and policies:
The exchange and return policy covers all Sereen products
In the event that a wrong product arrives to you, or a shipment arrives in an improper condition, the Sereen store bears all the costs of shipping, exchange and return, and if you wish to exchange for any other reason, the Sereen store does not bear any shipping costs that result from that.
The customer is not entitled to cash back in exchange for returning products obtained through purchase with reward points, as he will be compensated with reward points.
In the event that the customer receives free credit or a free purchase voucher, he is not entitled to convert the balance into cash.
The Sereen store returns the amounts in the form of a cash balance in the customer's account in the store as soon as the returned shipments arrive to the store, or it resends the amount to the customer’s account in a period of no less than a week after communicating with the customer and taking his information clearly.
In the event that the customer purchases the products via Visa or MasterCard cards, and the customer desires to recover the amount, compensation will be made by re-payment to the same Visa or MasterCard with which the purchase was made, and the return period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment broker) providing the service.
In the event that the customer receives free shipping and wants to exchange the products, Sereen has the right to recalculate the free shipping cost.
